Hello! My name is Clarissa. I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a deep passion for holistic fitness and wellness — and a firm belief that every woman deserves to feel strong, energized, and fully alive in her own body.
My approach goes beyond workouts. Through corrective exercise, functional training, and mobility work, I help women move better, feel better, and show up as the best version of themselves — for their goals, their families, and their lives. With years of experience as an athletics and wellness coach, I create personalized training plans that address what your body actually needs, not a one-size-fits-all program.
